DEERY FlexAble Bridge Joint System™ (FBJS) is a unique blend of modified asphaltic binders, select aggregates and other modifiers pre-measured and combined to create an All•In•One•Package asphaltic bridge joint material which eliminates chaos and guesswork associated with field mixing. The factory-blended material is heated and dispensed directly into the joint block-out where it is leveled and allowed to cool. Compaction is not required. The smooth quiet riding surface of the installed system reduces stress on the structure, is plowable, maintainable and is highly resistant to water intrusion and to a wide range of salts. Use: DEERY FlexAble Bridge Joint System™ is intended for use, in either exposed concrete or asphalt overlaid decks, as a replacement for existing small movement expansion devices or as a first installation small movement joint. Use is limited to joints with a maximum movement of one inch (25mm) and one inch (25mm) in contraction and where the installed dimension will not be less than 2 inches (50mm) in thickness or greater than 20 inches (500mm) in width. Do not install in excessive skew, incline, or severe stop-and-go configurations.
DESCRIPTION: Deery Repair Mastics are hot applied pre-packaged, ready-to-melt mastic repair materials that come in two formulations suitable for either recessed confined repairs or unconfined repairs where a feathered edge is needed. Deery Repair Mastics are composed of quality-selected asphalt and/or resins, clean, hard, durable particles of wear resistant aggregates, synthetic rubber polymers, anti-oxidants, naturally occurring and man-made reinforcing materials. Available in black asphalt or neutral concrete color.
USE: A high-performance confined repair for extra wide pavement cracks, pavement joint separations, bridge approaches, spalled concrete joints, utility cuts, and other pavement distresses. Deery Recessed Repair Mastic provides a waterproof, flexible, yet tough and durable repair system. Quick, simple, safe installation is usually ready for trafficking in less than 30 minutes.
DESCRIPTION: DEERY Loop Sealant LW is a single component, hot melt, rubberized asphalt sealant designed for use in the installation of traffic detection devices. DEERY Loop Sealant LW conforms to the requirements of Hot-Melt Rubberized Asphalt “Detector Loop Sealant”.
USE: Ingredients include a mixture of asphalt and other modifiers formulated to create a stiff non-tracking sealant capable of sealing sawed cuts containing traffic detection devices.
DESCRIPTION: DEERY Loop Sealant P650 is a quality sealant designed for use in the installation of traffic loop detectors. DEERY Loop Sealant P650 conforms to the requirements of various state DOT’s, traffic departments, and airport specifications.
USE: Ingredients include a mixture of asphalt and other modifiers as required to meet the specification. Reclaimed materials are utilized to the maximum extent possible without adversely affecting product quality or compliance to specification.
DESCRIPTION: DEERY Super Gray is a light colored, hot applied, single component, elastically modified composition of non-asphaltic ingredients and modifiers. The sealant contains no solvent, is pre-reacted and when properly heated and applied, results in exceptional adhesion to both concrete and asphalt pavements. Material is tested for low temperature flexibility at 0°F. Designed for use in recessed reservoir applications.
USE: DEERY Super Gray is a moderate viscosity pavement preservation sealant intended for highway, street, aviation and parking area applications for recessed sealing of longitudinal and transverse joints and random cracks in Asphalt or Concrete pavements where a non-asphaltic, light colored material is desirable. Properly installed, DEERY SUPER GRAY is an effective barrier against damage from debris and moisture infiltration into cracks and joints within regions experiencing moderate high and low pavement temperatures.
DESCRIPTION: DEERY Super Stretch is a fast curing, premium quality, hot applied single component crack & joint sealant. Our best all-around sealant. Only the most appropriate high quality synthetic elastomers, polymers, and anti-oxidants meeting exacting standards are used in combination with select asphalt plasticizers and naturally occurring reinforcing materials. The sealant contains no solvent, is highly waterproof and resistant to a wide range of salts, bases, and organic materials. Super Stretch is tested for low temperature flexibility at -20°F (-29°C). USE: DEERY Super Stretch is an excellent sealant for road, airport and parking area applications for sealing longitudinal and traverse joints and random cracks in Asphalt or Concrete pavements where a fast curing sealant is desirable. The material’s superior combination of fast melting, low viscosity and above average high and low temperature properties result in a sealant preferred by many experienced applicators and end users alike. DEERY Pro-PL is recommended for use in extreme high temperature conditions.
DESCRIPTION: DEERY Stretch Pro-PL is a very fast curing, premium quality, hot applied single component parking lot grade sealant. Only the most appropriate high quality synthetic elastomers, polymers, and anti-oxidants meeting exacting standards are used in combination with select asphalt plasticizers and naturally occurring reinforcing materials. The sealant contains no solvent, is highly waterproof and resistant to a wide range of salts, bases, and organic materials. Stretch Pro-PL is tested for low temperature flexibility at -10°F (-23°C). USE: DEERY Stretch Pro-PL is an excellent sealant ideally suited for parking, slow vehicle and pedestrian traffic areas for sealing longitudinal and traverse joints and random cracks in Asphalt or Concrete pavements. Very fast set-up makes this product ideal for applications where time is critical and a no-track condition is absolutely essential. Stretch Pro-PL is much firmer than Super Stretch in hot temperatures.
DESCRIPTION: DEERY PLF 210 is a Premium Grade, hot applied, single component, elastically modified composition of asphalt cement, virgin synthetic polymer, premium rubber, and other modifiers, which results in a Fast Set Up sealant.
USE: DEERY PLF 210 is a moderate viscosity pavement preservation sealant ideally suited for parking lots, slow vehicle and pedestrian areas, plus highway, street and aviation applications for sealing longitudinal and transverse joints and random cracks in Asphalt or Concrete pavements where a firm yet pliable material is desirable. Properly installed, DEERY PLF 210 is an effective barrier against damage from debris and moisture infiltration into cracks and joints within regions experiencing moderate high and moderate low pavement temperatures.

Material is tested for low temperature performance at -20°F (-29°C) using 200% extension. Previously labeled as CMC #101.
USE: DEERY 101 is a low viscosity pavement preservation sealant intended for highway, street and aviation applications for sealing transverse joints and random transverse cracks in Asphalt or Concrete pavements where a soft, low modulus material is desirable. Properly installed, DEERY 101 is an effective barrier against damage from debris and moisture infiltration into cracks and joints within regions experiencing moderate high and very low pavement temperatures. Deery 101 is not recommended for use in parking lots or areas frequented by foot traffic.
DESCRIPTION: DEERY 101ELT is an extra low modulus, low resilience, hot applied, single component, elastically modified composition of asphalt cement, virgin synthetic polymer, premium rubber, and other modifiers. The sealant contains no solvent, is pre-reacted and conforms to the requirements of various cold temperature specifications. Material is tested for low temperature performance at -20°F (-29°C) using 200% extension. Previously labeled as CMC #101ELT.
USE: DEERY 101ELT is a low viscosity pavement preservation sealant intended for highway, street and aviation applications for sealing transverse joints and random transverse cracks in Asphalt or Concrete pavements where low resilience sidewall force is desired. Properly installed, DEERY 101ELT is an effective barrier against damage from debris and moisture infiltration into cracks and joints within regions experiencing moderate high and very low pavement temperatures. Not recommended for use in parking lots or areas frequented by foot traffic.
DESCRIPTION: DEERY 3723 is a hot applied, single component, elastically modified composition of asphalt cement, virgin synthetic polymer, premium rubber, and other modifiers based on D3405 but modified to achieve enhanced cold temperature properties. The sealant contains no solvent, is pre-reacted and conforms to the requirements of the specification designated herein. Material is tested for low temperature performance at -20°F (?29°C) using 100% extension. Previously labeled as CMC #3723.
USE: DEERY 3723 is a moderate viscosity pavement preservation sealant intended for highway, street and aviation applications for sealing longitudinal and transverse joints and random cracks in Asphalt or Concrete pavements where lower resilience free-flowing material is desirable. Properly installed, DEERY 3723 is an effective barrier against damage from debris and moisture infiltration into cracks and joints within regions experiencing moderate high and low pavement temperatures.

Properly installed, DEERY 102P is an effective barrier against damage from debris and moisture infiltration into cracks and joints within regions experiencing moderate high and low pavement temperatures.

DESCRIPTION: DEERY 103-25F is a hot applied crack and joint sealant. Exceeds the requirements of various Dept. of Transportation specifications regarding modified asphalt cement and fiber including the Ohio Department of Transportation Specification # 825.05 – Type IV Crack Sealant. DEERY 103-25F results when polyester fibers are added to a base sealant (103-25) which meets the requirements of Modified AASHTO M-173. Previously labeled as CMC # 103-25 F.
USE: Ingredients include a mixture of asphalt cement and other modifiers combined to meet the requirements of Modified AASHTO M-173 hot applied sealant. This product is then homogeneously blended with polyester fibers and prepackaged. DEERY 103-25F contains a minimum of 2% polyester fibers by total weight of the finished product or other ratios as indicated by various specifications.
DESCRIPTION: Sealant shall be a highly modified hot melt rubberized crack & joint sealant, capable of fully penetrating a ¼” crack. Sealant shall be completely pre-reacted and capable of being applied immediately after application temperature is reached. Material shall be free-flowing and easily applied to cracks through hand held pots, wheeled banders, and pressure feed applicators. Previously labeled as CMC #115.
USE: Ingredients include a mixture of synthetic materials with asphalt cement and other modifiers as required to meet the specification. Compatibility with surface treatments should be confirmed by the user through field testing prior to application.
DESCRIPTION: DEERY 180 is a hot applied, single component, elastically modified composition of asphalt cement, virgin synthetic polymer, recycled rubber, and other modifiers. The sealant contains no solvent, is pre-reacted and conforms to the requirements of the specification designated herein and exceeds the requirements of ASTM 5078. Previously labeled as CMC #180.

DESCRIPTION: A highly modified crack & joint sealant designed for use where a hard yet pliable sealant is required.
USE: Ingredients include a mixture of virgin synthetic rubber or reclaimed rubber or a combination of the two with asphalt and other modifiers as required to meet the specification. Reclaimed materials are utilized as needed except when prohibited by specifying agency or if use would adversely affect product quality or compliance to specification.
